When you create an account through Google OAuth, we collect:

  • Profile picture (from your Google profile)

Memory Content

When you use Memry, we store:

  • Text memories and associated metadata (titles, descriptions, dates, locations)
  • Images, videos, audio recordings, and PDF documents you upload
  • Categories, tags, and emotional weights you assign to memories
  • Comments and interactions on shared memories
  • Connection information with other users

Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with Memry:

  • Device information and browser type
  • IP address and general location
  • Usage patterns and feature interactions
  • Error logs and performance data

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Memry service
  • Store and organize your memories securely
  • Enable sharing features between connected users
  • Process audio transcriptions using OpenAI's Whisper API

Service Providers

  • Cloudflare: Hosting, storage (R2), and database services (D1)
  • Google: Authentication via Google OAuth
  • OpenAI: Audio transcription and AI-powered memory structuring
  • Stripe: Payment processing for subscriptions

User-Initiated Sharing

When you share memories with connected users, those users can view and interact with the shared content. You control what you share and with whom.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety.

Data Security

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You can delete individual memories or your entire account at any time.

When you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and memories from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

  • Delete your memories or account
  • Export your data
  • Opt-out of promotional communications
  • Withdraw consent for data processing where applicable

Children's Privacy

Memry is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
